Brezo Godello 2025

The 2025 Brezo Godello was produced with purchased grapes—some from Mauro—and comes from small plots in different villages. It fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and was kept with the lees until bottling. It's fresh, fruit-driven, varietal and clean, with notes of white fruit, flowers and a balsamic touch. It has contained ripeness—as the grapes wouldn't ripen any further, finishing with 12.5% alcohol—and good freshness and is balanced and precise. None of the whites go through malolactic fermentation. It's pleasant, tender, balanced and easy to drink. 85,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2026. This is the motor that drives the winery.
