Corimbo I 2019

The 2019 Corimbo I was selected from vines over 60 years of age, fermented in French oak vat and matured for 16 months in oak barrels, 80% French and 20% American. It comes in at 14.5% alcohol, with a pH of 3.65 and 5.4 grams of acidity. There's more stuffing, concentration and depth here, because of the vintage and the age of the vines. It's powerful and generously oaked, modern, clean and nicely crafted. This is one that will age in bottle. 38,378 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2021.
