La Suerte Albillo Real 2024

The white 2024 La Suerte Albillo Real was produced with grapes from two vineyards planted on sandy soils at some 600 meters in altitude in the village of Almorox in the province of Toledo. It had a 24-hour skin maceration with stem contact and fermented with indigenous yeasts in used 300- and 500-liter oak barrels, where it matured for 10 months. It's pale, young and clean with notes of aniseed and fennel and a touch of esparto grass. It's medium-bodied, with a soft mouthfeel and a faint bitter twist and dry granite sensation in the finish. It comes in at a moderate 13.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.2 and 5.46 grams of acidity. 8,189 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2025.
