The 2021 Tinto is fragrant, subtle and elegant, not lacking ripeness or power with its 14.5% alcohol, but it has the freshness of the cooler year and the high altitude where the vines grow. Each small plot was vinified separately without using pumps, only by gravity, in different formats and materials—small oak vats, concrete, stainless steel and even clay amphorae—and the wine matured in barrels and oak vats for 18 months. It has a medium- to full-bodied palate and abundant, fine-grained tannins. 47,137 bottles produced. It was bottled in the spring of 2023.
